Return Policy

Standard procedures for vehicle returns and refund processes.

1. Vehicle Inspection

Upon return, every vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by our team. Any new damages or missing accessories found during this inspection will be documented and charged as per the agreed terms.

2. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental. If returned with less fuel, a refueling service charge will apply based on the current market rates plus a processing fee.

3. Late Returns

We provide a grace period of 30 minutes for returns. Beyond this, a late fee equivalent to an hourly or daily rate (depending on the duration) will be charged to the renter's account.

4. Refund Process

Security deposits are refunded immediately upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle. For online bookings and card payments, the refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
